You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We ship via the United States Postal Service. We ship all orders in plain tan bubble pack, or plain white shipping boxes, or Postal Service Priority Mailing boxes, with only minimal post office required address information. There are no icons, no pictures, nothing on the outside of the delivery package which would in anyway hint at the contents of the package.

I have been an active member of this community since 1978. I fully understand, appreciate, and honor the need for total confidentiality within our community.

We generally ship products about within 24 hours after final approval of payment. 

Please note that the Post Office is not open for business on Sunday or Federal holidays.

Important note: In our post-911 world, the Post Office generally will not deliver a package to an address, when the name on the shipment does not match the name(s) known to be associated with that address. If your ship-to Last Name is different than the usual last name(s) for your address , the post office may not deliver the shipment.

Orders with 1 to 4 bottles are shipped First Class and average delivery time for these orders takes about 4 to 7 days.

Orders with 5 or more bottles are shipped Priority First Class and average delivery time for these orders within the United States takes about 3 to 4 days. 

Orders to European Delivery addresses are handled by our European Agent/Distributor. This helps our customers avoid customs delays, potential embarrassing questions, and import duties and fees.

A few specific products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please submit a message to us from the "Contact Us" page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
